Washington at Chicago Cubs 8:05 ET
Nationals over Cubs- I'm not so happy about missing out on the Cubs yesterday as they were my last cut in my decision making and today they come up an underdog at home with their ace in Jon Lester (4-2, 3.56 ERA) on the hill. They two Las Vegas boys who played against each other in high school the Nationals Bryce Harper and Cubs Kris Bryant both went deep yesterday and will be tested today against the opposition's best starters. Max Scherzter (5-3, 1.67) who has recorded quality starts in eight of nine outings has no career decisions against the Cubs as he was in the AL most of his tenure in the bigs while Lester is 2-0 with a 3.32 ERA against Washington. Pitching will be the difference and that is why the Nats are favored on the road. Take WASHINGTON!
