Cleveland at Kansas City 8:10 ET
Indians over Royals- The Indians who started slow are now playing hot and have won six of their last seven road games and are now favored at Kansas City which is a bit of a surprise. I saw the Royals open the favorite and this move came from 'within' and has nothing to do with money wagered. Cleveland is on a 10-3 surge but it still seems strange that they are the favorite at Kansas City where they are 17-7 at home. Carlos Carrasco (6-4, 4.24 ERA) is among the AL leaders in strike out and is averaging 10.4 K's per nine innings as he has 37 punch-outs in his last five starts (three wins) covering 35.6 innings. The Royals Jeremy Guthrie (4-3, 6.70) is off his worst career showing surrendering 11 runs in 1.2 innings against the Yankees and owns a lifetime 6.14 ERA against the Indians. Take CLEVELAND!
