Brewers over Nationals- The lowly Milwaukee Brewers who were the first team in MLB to jettison their manage are beginning to show signs of life as they have won five of their last seven including their come-from behind 6-5 win over the Nationals last night. Despite Bryce Harper's power hitting Washington has dropped 10 of their last 13 and will be starting Jordan Zimmerman (5-3, 3.18 ERA) who just suffered his first loss in nine starts is 4-0 with a 2.35 ERA lifetime against the Brewers. Mike Fiers (2-6, 4.06) has thrown better then his record might indicate as he given up two runs or less in eight of his last nine outings and is 1-1 with a 1.59 ERA in three starts against the Nats. Washington is just in a bad spot right now and the Brewers are playing with more confidence. Take MILWAUKEE!
