Mariners over Astros- Seattle seems to have received a 'shot-in-the-arm' with two new faces on board as the hired former franchise Icon Egar Martinez as batting coach and acquired Mark Trumbo as they responded with three homers Saturday including one by Trumbo. Without Jose Altuve in the line-up (hamstring pull) Houston just doesn't have the same bite and they will be facing the Marines J.A. Happ (3-3, 3.79 ERA) who is 3-0 in five career starts against the Astros. Happ is way overdue for a win as he hasn't recorded one in his last seven starts. Take SEATTLE!
