White Sox over Twins- This line seems a little suspicious as the Twins are at home and eight games better then the White Sox and yet they are such a merger favorite against a club that is only 12-24 on the road. Considering Minnesota just trounced Chicago 13-2 and have Mike Pelfrey (5-3, 2.97 ERA) on the mound opposing Jeff Samardzija (4-4, 4.67) who is winless in his last five starts the oddsmakers are giving the White Sox a better then good chance here. The Pale Hose hurler is 2-1 lifetime against the Twins while Pelfrey is 0-3 with a 6.62 ERA in seven career starts against Minnesota including 6.48 ERA in two starts this season. Take the WHITE SOX!
