Cubs over Mets- This one just doesn't seem to pass the eye test as the Cubs who have dropped five straight open the favorite in New York against the Mets who are on a four game winning streak. Chicago has scored just seven runs in their last six games while the Mets snapped their scoring drought where they plated two runs or fewer in six straight games and nine of their last 10. Kyle Hendericks (2-4, 4.46 ERA) dominated New York in his lone start against them allowing just one run and three hits over seven innings. Mets starter Jon Niese (3-7, 4.12) lost to Chicago when he allowed six runs (4 earned) in 6.1 innings in May and New York has dropped six straight to the Cubs. Take CHICAGO!
