Phillies over Marlins- Philadelphia's Cole Hamels (5-7, 3.63 ERA) is said to be trade bait for contenders but hasn't been showing much of late as he is winless in his last eight starts and is coming off his worst performance of the season getting racked for nine runs and 12 hits in only 3.1 innings against the Giants last time out. Miami starter Dan Haren (7-5, 3.24) is off two fine performances before the break but is just 2-6 with 12 career starts against the Phillies with a 4.24 ERA.
