Padres over Giants- Look-out NL here come the Giants! San Francisco swept their three-game series against Arizona to open the second half and have now won six straight. The Padres also came out of the gate hot after the break winning two games against the rockies before yesterday's rainout and have now won four in-a-row. Tim Hudson (5-7, 4.68 ERA) is fresh off the disabled list but is 7-4 with a 2.89 ERA lifetime against San Diego. Ian Kennedy (4-9, 4.91) has been a disappointment for the Padres this season but is 10-5 with an outstanding 2.38 ERA in 25 starts against the Giants. Take SAN DIEGO!
