Browns (-) over Bills- Both these clubs have major flaws as the Bills are still searching for a quarterback and the Browns need a running back and a quarterback. Cleveland's problems are much deeper as the totaled only 45 yards rushing and 145 yards passing in their opener against Washington. The Bills who held the ball for 37:10 minutes against Carolina last week blew half-time and fourth quarter leads as once again a Rex Ryan team made too many mistake including 14 penalties. This is typical of a Ryan coached team who does most of their good work between the 20's. Buffalo will start Tyrod Taylor and that will not go well for them. Look for Cleveland to show vast improvement. Take the BROWNS!
