Vikings (-) over Lions- The Vikings pounded the opposition during the preseason and then came out and laid an egg at San Francisco Monday night with the return of Adrian Peterson being a non-factor. Teddy Bridgewater was supposed to be the second-coming of Russell Wilson but looked more like JaMarcus Russell. Detroit meanwhile jumped out to a huge lead against the Chargers in San Diego and didn't produce any offense in the second half. Minnesota is looking to atone for their 'embarrassing' performance where Peterson rushed for only 31 yards. Look for the Vikings to run the ball effectively Sunday. Take MINNESOTA!
