Barrett starting quarterback replacing Junior Cardale Jones. Barrett who finished fifth in the Heisman voting last season lost his job after breaking his ankle late in the season. Rutgers has had more problems off the field the most but has a very capable quarterback in Chris Laviano who leads the Big-Ten with a 69.3 completion percentage.
