The Trailblazers have had the best of the Bulls in Portland where Chicago hasn't won since February 2007 losing their last seven and 12 of 15 at the Rose Garden. Chicago point guard Derrick Rose will be back in the line-up after missing the last two contests with an ankle sprain, that will help because point-guard Aaron Brooks is expected to miss his second straight game.
