Giants (+) over Panthers- Its amazing what one man can do to lift a team. The giants have blown five games in the final two-minutes but Odell Beckham Jr. saw to it last week that late heroics were out of the question unless it was him. Carolina enter this fray the only undefeated team in the NFL (13-0) and they are off a complete annihilation of Atlanta 38-0 but are a little banged up entering this contest. Running back Jonathan Stewart (989 yards) will be sidelined and that plays into the Giants hands. New York has a habit of coming up big when it is least expected. One key trend that plays against the Panthers is that 13-0 teams playing a non-division foe a 1-11 ATS since 1998. (Thanks ML) Also after beating Atlanta they way they did and they face then against next week I should note that Carolina is 0-13 ATS before in a non-division game before meeting the Falcons. A final note is that the Panthers have beaten only two teams with a winning record and one of them was Seattle when they were 2-4. Take the GIANTS!
