Chargers (+) over Raiders- The Chargers may have played their last game in San Diego last week and the Raiders may be playing the final game in Oakland this week. The irony of the situation is that these two clubs may be sharing a new stadium next year. The Raiders blew an opportunity against Green Bay last Sunday as Derek Carr completed less then50% of his passes for the second consecutive week. The San Diego offense finally showed some life as Phillip Rivers threw for 311 yards and three touchdown against the Dolphins. The Chargers have won just four games the entire season but they have covered their last four on the road. Finally, the Raiders are 1-6 ATS as a favorite after winning the first match-up of two in a season. Take SAN DIEGO!
