Hurricanes (+) over Cougars- It has been 10 years since the Miami Hurricanes have posted a bowl victory as they have lost their last five post season appearances. Washington State is expecting the return of quarterback Luke Falk who missed the season final against Washington but has thrown for 4,266 yards this season with 36 TD passes but will be missing his top receiver Gabe Marks because of a bad ankle. The Cougars are just 1-3 ATS in their last four as bowl favorites and coach Mike Leach is 3-7 ATS in bowl games including 0-5 ATS in the last five.
