Indians over Cubs- The best part of this years World Series is that a long suffering faithful of one team or another will get a chance to celebrate. If it is Chicago we are aware that a 108 year drought (1908) will end and if Cleveland wins they will pop the corks for the first time in 69 years. Both starting pitchers for Game 1 have been outstanding in the playoffs as the Cubs Jon Lester (2-0, 0.86 ERA) has surrendered just two runs in 13 innings against the Dodgers and owns a 2.50 ERA in 19 post season appearances. Cleveland will start former Cy Young Award winner Corey Kluber (2-1, 0.98) allowed just nine hits in his first 13 innings of playoff work but was touched for two runs in five innings last time out against Toronto. The Indians have won 10 of their last 11 go on the warpath tonight. Take CLEVELAND!
