Marlins over Astros- Miami lost their first eight games after th All-Star break when they had the second best record in the NL. With their victory last night Miami has now has won three straight the first time since July 5th and they will send Johnny Cueto (0-3, 5.33 ERA) to the mound to face Houston’s Cristian (No-hit) Javier (8-2, 4.36). The Astros are 15-7 in Javier’s starts while the Marlins are just 1-5 in Cueto’s starts even though he has pitched into the seventh inning in three of his last four starts. Take MIAMI!
