Pittsburgh at Miami 1:40 ET
Marlins over Pirates- It is very unusual for me to switch sides in a series especially after winning the last two of a 4-game set but I believe that I’ve moved over to another winner. The Pirates have won four straight over Miami going back to the fainl game of 2023 and already a three game start on the 2024. But, Sunday the pitching matchup can not be ignored and the edge is so huge for the Marlins I could not stay away. The Marlins will start Trevor Rogers who sat out most of last season appearing in just four games and working 18 total innings. He showed signs of greatness allowing less hits than innings and with more strike outs that hits allowed. On the other side Pittsburgh will send lefty Bailey Falter who in 40 innings he allowed 25 runs and 10 home runs with an ERA close to six runs per game. Take MIAMI!
