Tigers (+) over Blue Devils- coming off a pair of wins playing 'against' these two clubs as the Blue Devils fell to Notre Dame and Georgia Tech was a non-cover win at Boston College and a blowout loss to Florida State. The Tigers haven't beaten a Duke team since 2009 but no Blue Devils team had three losses at this point in their schedule. Duke is just not there yet. Tigers will improve here and keep it close.
