Reds over Rays- The last two days 'we' have managed wins with a Tampa Bay over the Reds and we laid a small price each time. Today the 3-8 Reds who are just 1-4 at home this season are the favorite and with Tony Cingrani (0-1, 2.45 ERA) on the hill. Cingrani has allowed just five hits in 11 innings but Cincinnati has to score some runs. They got only one run scored in the first two games of this series and only nine runs in their last six games.
