The Cubs are firmly in first place in their division, while the Indians are now in third place in theirs.
The Cubs won't want to take the foot off the gas though with only two weeks remaining and certainly this pitching matchup highly favors them.
Yu Darvish (7-2, 1.77 ERA) is putting up Cy Young bounce back numbers and he's posted a very respectable 3.52 ERA in six career appearances vs. the Indians.
Carlos Carrasco (2-4, 3.12) is winless in his last six starts and is 0-1 with a 6.23 ERA in his lone start vs. the Cubs.
Also note that Chicago is 7-4 in its last 11 interleague home games as favorite in the -150 to -165 range.
I love Darvish to dominate, so I'm laying the price!
