This is an 8* TOTAL ASSASSIN on the OVER Browns/Jaguars.
Cleveland has won two straight. Its run game is one of the best in the nation and Baker Mayfield has good chemistry with his unit, despite OBJ gone for the year.
The Browns have been hampered by bad weather at home, but now this balanced visiting non-conference offense gets to face a porous Jacksonville secondary, which was torched by the Steelers last time out.
Whoever gets the start for the Jags here will have plenty of opportunities as well vs. this poor Cleveland defense.
