This is a 10* TOP TOTAL on the OVER Thunder/Hornets.
This is an interesting matchup, but one that's going to eventually eclipse this posted number.
OKC is last in the leauge in points per game, but Charlotte is dead last in the NBA in points conceded per contest.
The Thunder are in last place in the Western Conference, going just 1-9 so far in January. The Hornets are second in the Southwest division, behind the Heat as they've won six of their last seven.
OKC most recently fell 118-96 to the lowly Spurs. I do expect the Thunder to eclipse the 100-point plateau today though facing the league's worst defense.
And I absolutely believe the Hornets will keep the foot on the gas from start to finish here as they look to build off their impressive 111-102 road win over Boston.
Both teams have been playing to some lower-scoring contests of late, but I expect little defense to be played in this one, and that'll lead to this total soaring OVER the number sooner, rather than later.
