We're expecting some runs to come across the plate tonight.
Atlanta hands the ball to Ian Anderson (1-1, 5.40 ERA), while the Rangers counter with Garrett Richards (0-0, 2.25).
Anderson gave up two runs off six hits over five innings against Miami in his las outing.
While Atlanta just took two of three from the Cubs, Texas lost three of four to Houston.
Texas signed slugger Marcus Semien in the offseason and while he's struggled, at some point he'll break out of his slump. And why not here against the defending champs and the mediocre Anderson?
Richards will be on a short leash. He started the first two innings vs. Oakland last Sunday, and then pitched two scoreless innings against the Astros on Tuesday.
I don't trust either starter. These are two starving line-ups.
