This is a 1* FREE PLAY on the UNDER Padres/Dodgers.

Both teams have been playing to some higher-scoring games of late, including in the Padres' 7-1 series-opening victory here yesterday.

With the win, the Padres have now won six of their last seven, and four straight. The Dodgers won't be lacking for motivation here after three straight losses.

After yesterday's slug-fest, all signs point to more of a "duel" here on Saturday.

The visitors hand the ball to Sean Manaea (7-7, 4.90 ERA), while the home side counters with Julio Urias (14-7, 2.32).

Urias held the Friars to one run over five innings with six strikeouts in a victory in his lone start against them back in April. In 12 appearances vs. San Diego he's 4-1 with a 2.53 ERA.

Urias enters on top form as well, off an exceptional August where he went 4-1 with a 0.90 ERA.

Manaea, like many others this year, has been rocked by the Dodgers in two earlier matchups this season (0-2, 15.12 ERA.)

Manaea looks to turn the page after a difficult August. But more than anything, this play is based upon the fantastic play of Urias right now.

Gentlemen, considering the above situational information, I'm going to recommend a second look at the UNDER in this one.
