This is an 8* SIDE SPECIAL on Army.
Last weekend I successfully played on UTSA, but this week I'm going against it. The Roadrunners covered, but lost in heart-breaking fashion in triple OT to Houston.
It's going to be difficult to muster up the same energy after that "close but no cigar" effort.
Army lost 38-28 at Coastal Carolina as a 2-point underdog. Now at home and ready to bounce back, I believe the Black Knights are the correct call here.
Frank Harris had 337 yards passing, three touchdowns and an interception for the Roadrunners last weekend. They posted 104 rushing yards, but allowed 37 points and 346 total yards to Houston.
Army has won five of its last six at home. Cade Ballard had 88 yards and passing touchdown last week for the Black Knights. Of course, in the triple-option its all about the run game and Army posted 205 yards in the loss, led by Tyrell Robinson with 135 yards on the ground and a touchdown. Army allowed the 38 points and 439 yards of offense.
UTSA's defense is a major problem, and I look for Army to take advantage.
