Tulane is now 3-1 after its 27-24 loss to Southern Miss on Saturday. It was unfortunate, as the Green Wave outgained the Golden Eagles by 451 yards to 253.

QB Michael Pratt so far has 905 passing yards, seven TD's and three INT's for the Wave. But the defense has been decent as well, with five sacks and four INTs.

Houston is now 2-2 after its 34-27 win over Rice on Saturday. The Cougars gained 427 yards, and allowed 425. Clayton Tune has 993 passing yards, seven TD's and three INTs. Houston has 11 quarterback sacks and five interceptions.

Tulane is coming off a poor loss to Southern Miss, and despite a victory over Rice last time out, the Cougars are also coming off a disappointing defensive performance.

Each team will have to let the run set up the pass here. And we can expect a much more concerted effort from each on the defensive side of the ball on the short week.

Considering everything, this O/U line is a little high. The play is the UNDER.
