This is an 8* SPECIAL on the Patriots.
I'm not calling for an outright win here or anything, but I definitely believe that the stage is set for a competitive battle here.
The Packers are off the tight 14-12 road win over Tampa, and an imminent letdown is about to happen here in my opinion.
Green Bay has routinely played to the level of its competition and I absolutely don't expect a blowout here whatsoever vs. this decent Patriots defense.
Mac Jones is out for the Pats, but he was pretty ineffecitve over the first three games anyways. Brian Hoyer could possibly be a lot better anyways, as he's in his 13th year as a pro and he's thrown for 57 career TD's.
New England is also 6-0 ATS in its last six following a double-digit home loss and 36-13 ATS in its last 49 after allowing 30 or more oints in its previous outing.
The Packers are going to struggle to put up points again and while I'll stop short in calling for the outright, everything points to a closely contested affair here on Sunday afternoon.
