Dickey has been struggling with his signature knuckleball and he's allowed four home runs in his last two starts with just seven strikeouts in his last five outings, spanning more than 30 innings of work. Matt Shoemaker owns a strong 1.17 WHIP and he's put up excellent road marks so far this season. And while the Blue Jays have dropped seven of eight, the Angels are on a 45-19 run against pitchers with a WHIP north of 1.30.
