Los Angeles meanwhile, will turn to righty Carlos Frias tagged with consecutive losses giving up 10 runs over 10 2/3 innings of work. The Dodgers as a team have certainly followed in that same vein lately when in enemy territory facing a team with a winning record. Don Mattingly's squad has compiled a 2-9 record the past 11 in the situation. The fact that Lester is a lefty is also bad news for Los Angeles, since the Dodgers are on a 2-8 road skid facing a left-handed starter.
