St. Louis hosts Chicago on Tuesday knowing that they're 6-1 at home against these Cubs. St. Louis starts Wacha on the mound and he's 8-0 against Division opponents this season.
Wacha was a late scratch from his scheduled Sept. 2 start after the Cards opted to build in some extra rest as a way to control innings. Wacha has not allowed more than two earned runs in any of his last six starts.
