Too many people looking into the pre-season on this one. Prior to the preseason schedule, the Texans were sitting as a 3 -point choice over Kansas City but that line has dropped pickem. The reaction is from Kansas City going 4-0 in the preseason. That's nice but it means nothing. The NFL has quickly become a QB league and the Chiefs don't have a good one. They can compete because of what figures to be a good defense but on the road with a weak QB puts them up against it almost every week they're on the road. The Texans were saddled with quarterback problems last year and now that they have settled on Brian Hoyer. He isn't a household name but he did well with the Browns. We know J.J. Watt will be leading the defense and I beleive the Texans at home will get the job done in their opener.
