Pelfrey has not put together back to back quality starts in quite some time as he has given up 6 earned runs in 16.1 innings and note that he has yet to put together a back to back quality start since August 12th and August 18th. He last pitched against Cleveland and gave up 4 hits in 3.2 innings and looks to bounce-back here but is unilkely to do so as he is on a let down. Combine that with the fact Anderson just pitched against Minnesota and though he gave up 10 hits in a little over 6 innings in the contest, he ended up winning 6-3. This sets up for an over play this evening between these two teams.
