It is by no accident that this team is here once again. For this team to get back to the World Series in back to back seasons is nothing short of remarkable to their credit. KC closed out a very potent Toronto team 4-2 which is a harder task than we believe than beating the Mets. The Mets have over achieved. These Royals are not going to face a set of pitchers that they have not faced in the American League of elite status.
Remember, teams like the Nationals and Dodgers have had great success hitting against Harvey. Plus, Volquez lost in his last effort giving up 5 earned runs in 5 innings and will be more than motivated to bounce-back in this contest as he has done throughout the year after having a non-quality effort. Take the KC Royals here in game 1 and also for the series.
