The Red Sox have twice come back from 2-0 deficits in the Divisional Series, but Clay Buchholz finished strong, going 4-0 with a 2.63 ERA in his final seven starts.
I'm going to side with Clay Buchholz even though I think he'll give up three runs or so over six innings of work. I like the offense for the RedSox to break out here at home to press the issue in desperation and I expect them to score early and often against Josh Tomlin.
