This is a divisional game and I for it to be a close one. Jameis Winston practiced in full Friday, and I expect the Bucs' offense to bounce back in a big way after last week's debacle vs the Panthers. I healthy Winston will be the difference maker and they have enough weaons on offense to stay with New Orleans. The Saints are a big-play defense, not a shutdown unit. None of the last six meetings has been decided by more than 7 points.
