The Rockets stepped up their defense and got the win on Tuesday night. Klay Thompson is getting the Dubs only around 15 ppg and shooting just around 39% in the series. Not so good. I really liked the way Houston has been able to handle offensive rebounds - when they are denying Golden State's bigs in the paint and getting second chance buckets. As Clint Capela is key, with his strength and length. When Houston continues that - they are that much tougher to beat.




Golden State had no inside presence, and Draymond Green is getting exhausted. Draymond Green has obviously been affected by the way Houston has been guarding him as well, with just 8 ppg. Golden State usually has a reliable supporting cast - but Klay Thompson has not always shown up - he have tended to just spend it all, firing shots off - and ends up running out of gas by the 4th quarter. Golden State is going to struggle stopping the scoring attack of the Rockets here - and could end up giving up 120+ and 35+ or more to James Harden - who has been playing fantastic vs the Warriors in the playoffs with good shooting, and a really impressive 29 ppg. Harden will carry this team on his shoulders tonight as this is a huge home game for the Rockets.
