The Giants return home after a successful road trip through Pittsburgh and New York. The Phillies are still on the road, traveling from Colorado to San Francisco and after playing in the high altitude yesterday plus travel to SF I like the Giants to get a win here this evening. Walker has benefitted from great offensive production thus far. He has an ERA of over five and has given up six home runs already. I trust in Snell's track record overall far more than I do in Walker's in this matchup. Snell is a two-time Cy Young Award winner and has struggled in limited innings thus far. The hard-throwing lefty will find his command sooner than later and I'm banking on sooner being this game against the Phillies. The Giants' offense has been cruising as of late, scoring six or more runs in 5 of their last 6 games.
They'll get the win here at home on Monday evening.
