Tuesday MLB Comp
(MLB) Cardinals (STL) vs. Orioles (BAL),
Money Line: -103.00 Orioles (BAL) (Home)
Result: Loss
The Baltimore Orioles and St. Louis Cardinals will continue their series after the Baltimore Orioles won 5-2 in their first game. In the last 5 games for the Baltimore Orioles, they have won 3 games and lost 2 which is better than they've been previously in the season.

The big right-hander Tomoyuki Sugano will take the hill for the Baltimore Orioles. He is 4-3 with a 3.07 ERA. Sugano is reliable and I have no qualms backing him at home today.

Climbing the hill for the St. Louis Cardinals on Tuesday's game will be the right-hander Andre Pallante. Pallante has been pretty good recently with a 4-3 record and a 4.18 ERA with 35 strikeouts. Pallante is 0-0 with a 5.4 ERA and 2 strikeouts in his last 2 appearances against the Baltimore Orioles.

We've liked Pallante but he's nothing more than just above mid tier. He gets worse on the road with a 4.37 ERA. He has a 10.8 career ERA when pitching at Camden.

The St. Louis Cardinals have been bad when playing on the road with a 11-16 record. We've seen some pop in the Os bats recently, averaging 4.5 runs in their last 10. The Baltimore offense should be better and hosting the Cardinals is a good spot for them to continue that positive regression.
