(NCAAB) Saint Louis vs. La Salle,
Point Spread: -4.00 | -110.00 Saint Louis (Away)
Result: Loss
St. Louis ran their record to 21-2 on Wednesday when they demolished St. Joseph's on Hawk Hill, and now they face a La Salle team that has won only once in their last 5 games. Not only that, but the Explorers have not been close to sniffing a win in any of the last 3 series meetings (St. Louis 2-0-1 against the spread, and they are just 2-7 straight up the last 9 times these schools have faced one another. Saint Louis power player Dwayne Evans is excellent finding his niche in a game, and makes the game change completely. Because of his style of play. Saint Louis will capitalize on Evans' low post game as well. La Salle will have to deal with shooter Rob Loe high outside. Saint Louis plays a stingy defense, especially defending the deep ball, which will help with Tyreek Duren out on the permimter for La Salle. The road team in this series is on a 7-1-1 spread roll, a roll that I see continuing on Saturday late afternoon. The Billikens continue their climb, while last year's Sweet Sixteen darling looks to pack their bags for the NIT this March. Take STL here.
