Cleveland is scoring more points than Pittsburgh, but The Steeler's defense is surrendering fewer points than The Brown's. The quarterback play for both teams is substandard, and they want to run the ball. This will be a low-scoring slog. If they were getting three points or more, I would take whichever team was a dog in this game. Take the Steelers plus 5.5.
