Houston is a disaster – they played Oklahoma tight, but other than that, they have lost by 20 – 34 – 26 and 20, and they have not scored a point in their last two games. TCU is not a world-beater this season by any stretch, but they are scoring points on offense (their lowest total has been 34), and although the defense isn’t great, Houston's offense has disappeared. I like TCU -15.5 and lean toward the over at 49.5.
