The 49ers are coming off a bye and have had another two weeks to get Christian McCaffrey into the game plan - expect more from him this week. The 49er's Red zone offense improved dramatically with McCaffrey in the lineup, and so did the third-down efficiency. The Charger's defense allows 26 points per game - not very good. The 49ers have the best defense in the NFL. The Niners will win and cover the -7.
