- Clippers vs Lakers - Lakers -6.5 (-110)

Stars vs Oilers
This is a game that is the only one happening in the NHL on Tuesday, but it is a game that should be interesting. Both of these teams have a winning record, but they both also have a chance to pick up a nice statement type of win here. The problem for the Oilers will not be the home crowd, because they are the home team, but instead it will be trying to overcome the Stars defense. The Stars defense is giving up only 2.73 goals per game and the Oilers defense well its quite a bit worse with 3.54 goals per game allowed. Clippers vs Lakers
The rivalry in Los Angeles is about to take place in this game here, but it is going to be a lopsided game. The Lakers are playing great ball this year and are coming in with 117 points a game scored, but the Clippers are getting only 111 points a game. Now, the key is the defenses are playing good with the Clippers giving up 117 points per game, but the Lakers only giving up 114 points a game. Granted, that does make it look like the Clippers would cover the spread, but I am thinking when the free throws come late in the game the Lakers will cover the spread. This game here is one that has a couple of super powered offenses facing off against each other, but with teams that have a defensive will power of a dog trying to resist a steak.
