My Best Bets
- Stars vs Rangers - Dallas Stars ML -130
- Knicks vs Celtics New York Knicks +1.5 (-120)
- Tennessee vs Syracuse - Tennessee Volunteers -6.5 (-112)
Stars vs Rangers
Dallas comes into Madison Square Garden riding a four-game winning streak and looking like one of the most well-rounded teams in the NHL. The Stars are getting high-level play from both goaltenders, especially Casey DeSmith, who has been excellent in limited action, and the offense continues to roll behind Jason Robertson’s 35 points. New York, meanwhile, has struggled badly at home with a 2–8–1 record and enters this matchup having dropped two of its last three. The Rangers’ scoring has been inconsistent, and the injuries on defense don’t help, especially with Adam Fox on long-term IR. Dallas is deeper, healthier, and performing better in all major categories, and with their elite road record (9–1–3), I’m backing Dallas -130 to stay hot. Check out the full Stars vs Rangers pick.
Knicks vs Celtics
This line is tight, but the way both teams are playing, I see value on New York. The Knicks enter this game on a four-game winning streak with one of the most efficient offenses in the Eastern Conference, averaging 120.4 points per game while holding opponents to just under 113. Jalen Brunson has been tremendous, and New York’s balance and consistency have stood out over their last five outings. Boston has been fine but inconsistent, especially without Jayson Tatum, and the Celtics have alternated wins and losses over the past week. Their defense has also slipped in stretches, and they’ve surrendered some big scoring nights recently. With New York healthier, hotter, and playing superior basketball right now, I’m taking Knicks +1.5 in what should be a tight, competitive matchup. Check out the full Knicks vs Celtics pick.
Tennessee vs Syracuse
The Volunteers come in at 7–1 with one of the best defensive units in the country and a scoring attack that averages nearly 86 points per game. Tennessee has already beaten quality opponents like Houston and Rutgers and has shown they can control games with both tempo and physicality. Syracuse, on the other hand, has dropped three straight and has struggled badly against strong competition, including back-to-back losses to Kansas and Iowa State by wide margins. The Orange defense has allowed big runs early, and their offense hasn’t found enough rhythm to hang with top-20 teams. With Tennessee featuring the better athletes, deeper rotation, and a far more reliable scoring threat in J. Gillespie, the Volunteers should take command early and roll. I’m backing Tennessee -6.5 to pull away comfortably. Check out the full Tennessee vs Syracuse pick.
