The Sharks are a downright horrible team on the year and the single win the Sharks have picked up came in overtime against the Rangers, in a game that my best pick was wrong. However, in this game here the Wild even in a losing skid have looked balanced defensively, but lacking on the defensive side of the puck. Against the Rangers, who the Sharks did beat, the Wild did put in 3 goals and only allowed a single goal. This is compared to the Sharks who gave up 5 goals and ended up getting 6 goals score. Those numbers make us think that Wild are going to bring home the win in this game on their home ice as the Wild should have a better defensive showing at 3.38 goals allowed versus the Wild 4.63 goals allowed match. Bengals vs Jets
The Jets are a team that looks lost on the season. The offensive production for the Jets has been in shambles all year and that includes against teams that have looked sloppy on the defensive side of the ball like the Panthers, where the Jets only scored 6 points and allowed 13. The Jets defense has actually shown some improvement recently giving up 13 points each in their last 2 games, but prior to that the Jets lowest allowed total in their last 5 games was 27. The Bengals with Flacco at the helm now have looked like a team on the rebound. The offense is finally clicking and it shows that as Flacco starts to get comfortable in the offensive side of the ball that the Bengals can easily pull off a win. Not to mention, the rushing attack for the Bengals has finally picked up some and that will make it easier for the Cincinnati team to get the lead and grind out the clock and not have to rely on the aging arm of Flacco. Packers vs Steelers
The Packers are on the road in this game and while the Packers have looked overall impressive and could potentially make a playoff run this year, the Steelers are bringing the curtain to the field. That curtain has caused even the most in tune teams to have some issues on the field. Look for the Steelers to have a good run here and the offense will balance out what has been an impressive defense on the season so far, except for the Bengals game. The Packers and the Steelers are also a couple of teams that are going to have to figure out how the protection works as both of these teams have a lot of good pass rushing ability and that makes it easier for us to see the passing attack could be negated in this game.
