Air Force Falcons Preview

Quarterback Liam Szarka leads Air Force in both passing and rushing. Szarka has thrown for 1,219 yards with eight touchdowns and five interceptions, while adding 816 yards and 11 scores on the ground. Cade Harris has been the top receiver with 536 yards and two touchdowns, and Dylan Carson has chipped in 292 yards rushing with two scores. The Falcons average 26.4 points per game and rely heavily on ball control, running on more than 70% of their plays.

Defensively, Blake Fletcher leads the team with 78 tackles, and Isaac Hubert has produced three sacks. Air Force has limited opponents to 22 points per game over its last three contests. The secondary has forced four interceptions during that stretch, helping the Falcons stay close against higher-scoring opponents.

UConn Huskies Preview

Quarterback Joe Fagnano has completed 68.8% of his passes for 2,529 yards and 22 touchdowns. Receiver Skyler Bell has been the main target with 994 yards and 11 touchdowns, while running back Cam Edwards has rushed for 815 yards and nine scores. UConn averages 33 points per game and has surpassed 30 in five of its last six outings, driven by quick passing and steady production from its top skill players.

Linebacker Bryun Parham leads the defense with 80 tackles and 9.5 sacks, while Cam Chadwick has four interceptions. The Huskies have allowed 24 points per game this season, but have tightened in the red zone, allowing just one touchdown on eight opponent trips over the past two games.

Air Force at UConn Prediction

Air Force will control possession early with its ground game, but UConn’s passing attack will create separation as the game progresses. Fagnano and Bell will connect for multiple scores, and the Huskies’ defensive front will limit second-half drives. Final Score Prediction: UConn Huskies win and cover ATS, 38–28.
