The Baylor Bears visit Gerald J. Ford Stadium in Dallas, Texas Saturday to play the No. 16-ranked SMU Mustangs. The Baylor Bears are 0-1 following Friday’s 38-24 loss to the Auburn Tigers. Baylor gained 483 yards of total offense to 416 for Auburn. However, the Bears converted just 5-of-15 third downs, while Auburn converted 5-of-10. Baylor quarterback Sawyer Robertson has thrown for 419 yards with three touchdowns. The leading rusher is Bryson Washington with 54 yards, while the leading receiver is Kole Wilson with 134 yards. SMU Mustangs Preview

SMU's offense generated 400 yards, but the Mustangs were careless with the ball, committing three turnovers. The Mustangs allowed 351 yards of total offense to the Lions, but forced three turnovers.

SMU quarterback Kevin Jennings has passed for 260 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Chris Johnson Jr. is the leading rusher with 44 yards and one touchdown, while Romello Brinson leads the Mustangs in receiving with 121 yards and one touchdown reception. Linebacker Brandon Miyazono leads the Mustangs with eight tackles. SMU’s defense has three sacks and two interceptions.
