The Michigan defense is led by linebacker Ernest Hausmann, who has 19 tackles, followed by defensive Brandyn Hillman with 12. Linebacker Cole Sullivan has a team-high 2.0 quarterback sacks. Michigan as a team has made five quarterback sacks and four interceptions. The Wolverines will look to shut down the Central Michigan running game and force the Chippewas into passing, which is not their forte.
