In Saturday night college football action, the Florida Gators will invade Hard Rock Stadium to battle the Miami Hurricanes. Sophomore QB D.J. Lagway completed 33 of 49 passes for 287 yards but was intercepted five times. Freshman WR Vernell Brown III led Florida with eight receptions for 62 yards. The Gators were limited to 79 rushing yards on 27 carries.

The Miami Hurricanes failed to reach the College Football Playoff last season and are primed to win the ACC Conference. The fifth-ranked Hurricanes (3-0) are loaded in the trenches on both sides of the ball and are averaging a shade above 40 points per contest. On Saturday, Miami built a 22-point halftime advantage and never looked back during a 49-12 home victory versus 18th ranked South Florida.

Georgia transfer QB Carson Beck continued to impress for Miami with 340 passing yards and three touchdowns. Mark Fletcher Jr. contributed a game-high 120 rushing yards and hit pay dirt twice. The Hurricanes outgained the Bulls by a 576-332 margin and possessed the ball for 36 minutes.
